Written and recorded during the spring of 2014 in a secluded condo next to a small, spring fed lake.

Surrounded by a canopy of trees filled with the chatter of birds, I found within myself a strongly renewed desire to write music with the intention to express the changes around me that I was experiencing. With this renewed desire, I really wanted to challenge myself as a musician which resulted in a new musical process of experimentation and discovery that produced the final sounds and concept of
Realm.

Additional influences of Realm included many long hours spent observing the still scenery through the windows, night time walks to a lake, listening to the occasional rain falling through the leaves and laying on a hammock for probably what would have been considered a little too long for anything productive.
